ABOUT MY I-TEM

The serial number is an identification number that allows you to identify your watch.
In few years time, this number will be unique for each I-Tem watch. You will put it on the documents handed to you with the watch at purchase, like the International Warranty certificate, or on the case-back of your watch:

A chronograph is a watch with stopwatch functions, enabling the measurement of the duration of an event, using a specific hand or display that can be started, stopped and returned to zero.

A chronometer is a watch that has obtained a certification by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres – COSC). To achieve this certification, the movement of the watch must successfully pass specific precision tests in different positions and at different temperatures, over a 15-day period. The standards set by the COSC allow a maximum average deviation of : -4 to +6 seconds per day for mechanical watches and +/- 0.07 seconds per day for quartz watches.

WARRANTY

All work performed by our service department, and mentioned on the corresponding invoice/delivery note, is under warranty during the amount of time mentioned on the invoice. Mostly 1 year Warranty.

All I-Tem watches are covered by an international warranty valid for one year after purchase.
The warranty coverage applies to any manufacturing defect, within the frame of the warranty conditions, and entails that I-Tem will take any corrective action that is necessary to ensure the watch performs as per standard.

USER TIPS & MAINTENANCE

In order to wear a watch while swimming, it needs to be water resistant up to 5 bars (50 m / 165 ft) at least. For diving, snorkeling and water-skiing, for example, a water resistance up to 10 bars (100 m / 330 ft) would be required.

All I-Tem products have a degree of waterproofing (or “water resistance”), described either in meters, or in bars (1 bar = 10 m = approx. 33 ft). Note: the indication of the degree of water resistance in meters is a technical norm which does not correspond to an exact depth. The note “Water-resistant to XX m” does not mean that the watch can be worn to this depth. It simply indicates that the watch will resist pressure equivalent to a static immersion up to XX m deep. The wearer’s movements (diving, jumping, swimming, etc) as well as the force of the water (shower jets, river currents, waterfalls, etc) can considerably increase the pressure. The table below will indicate what activities are possible and what should be avoided in terms of the degree of waterproofing of your watch.

Shipping

Q. Do I have to pay shipping?

A. Orders $120 and over delivered to addresses in the Continental United States qualify for Free Standard Shipping on non-additional clearance sale days. Orders requesting Expedited or Next Business Day service and ordered before 12 PM CST (noon) are shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Expedited or Next Business Day orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST (noon), Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped the following business day. You can expect delivery within two business days for Expedited and one business day for Next Business Day service after shipping. Expedited shipping and Next Business Day shipping are not available for P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or to U.S. Territories. Shipping charges are calculated for each address and are based on the order amount being shipped to that address. The following charges will apply to your order:

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Q. How soon will I receive my order?

A. Processing time for in stock items is approximately two business days. Standard delivery is two to five business days; Expedited delivery is two business days; Next Business Day delivery is one business day. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to notify you.

Q. How will my order ship?

A. Our service providers are FedEx and USPS. The carrier will be determined by the service available for your \”ship to\” location and the method of delivery (Standard, Expedited or Next Business Day) you select. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You will also receive an email when your purchase has been delivered. For more information about shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Q. What if I need to return an item?

A. Items purchased on i-tembrand.com can be returned to the Internet Store location (address below) please no return to stores where I-Tem watches are been sold except bought from that store. Electronic items must be returned in the original packing material from the manufacturer. The return shipping address is:

Note – merchandise purchased using PayPal® and return will have the money paid back through same PayPal between 2-3 days after the merchandise has been received in good condition.

Q. What if I need to return a watch purchased in a store?

A. send an email to contact@i-tembrand.com. Please include the location of the store where your watch was purchased if you have this information. Also, include a phone number where you can be reached. We will forward this information to the store where your watch was purchased so that they can contact you to assist with the exchange or return.

Orders

Q. How can I check on my order?

A. If you provide your email address when you place your order, we will automatically notify you when we receive your order. We will send updates as to the status of each item on your order, and notify you when your order ships.  You can click on a specific order to view details. If you have questions about your order, contact us or call (1-347-714-6107). We provide a reference number on our status emails and online in Order Status that can be used to track your order once it has been shipped.

Q. What if I need to cancel my order?

A. We can cancel your order if we receive your request prior to shipping it. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it can be returned to us. To cancel an order, call 1(347)-714-6107 to speak with a customer service representative.

Q. Do you offer Gift Wrap?

A. Yes. Wedding Registry purchases are packaged in a complimentary gift box. For all other purchases, we will place each item you specify in a gift box for $6 per item.

Q. What types of payment do you accept for online purchases?

A. We accept the following payment types: Gift Card/eGift Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal®. We can only accept one credit card type and number per order and only cards issued in the U.S.A.

Q. How do I contact the I-Tem\’s Call Center and what are their hours?

A. Call 1-347-714-6107. I-Tem\’s Call Center hours are: Monday through Saturday 8AM to 5pm (EST).

 

Q. Do I have to pay tax on my order?

A. Sales tax is applied to your order, based on the order\’s \”ship to\” address, in accordance with the jurisdiction\’s laws. Be advised that some states require a tax on the delivery and/or gift wrap charges, as well.

Q. How do I place an order online?

A. First, you will need to add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Q. Are you required to have a i-tembrand.com account to purchase on your site?

A. No, you do not. You can shop as frequently as you like as a \”guest customer\”, but we hope that you will choose to create i-tembrand.com account. The benefits include: Quick Checkout, Wish Lists, Managing eGift Cards and Purchase History / Order Tracking.

Q. What if I forget my password or need to reset it?

A. If you forget your password, you will need to reset it. To do this, click on the Forgot Your Password? link at any location where you log in.

  1. After clicking the link, proceed by entering your email address that is on file with i-tembrand.com and submit the form. Please submit the form only ONCE and wait for the password reset email to be sent to you.
  2. If you have not received the email after 15 minutes, please verify you entered your email address correctly and submit the form again. Note that if you do not have a i-tembrand.com account, one can be created by clicking Create An Account.
  3. Once you have received the reset password email, proceed by clicking the link in the email. If you have reset your password multiple times you MUST use the link in the most recent email.
  4. Once you are on the reset password page, enter a new, valid password. Valid passwords include: 8-16 characters, at least one lower case letter, at least one upper case letter and at least one number. Note that this page is intended for resetting your password and other page functions may not work normally.

Q. How do I change my i-tembrand.com account profile?

A. You can do this any time by clicking LOGIN at the top of page. After you enter your login information, click My Personal Information and/or My Quick Checkout Profile from the My I-TEM drop down menu.

In Store Pickup

Q. Does I-Tem offer In Store Pickup?

A.Yes, we offer pickup in stores and ship to store. Check out the list of stores that put I-Tem watches in store collection.

Q. What is the benefit of In Store Purchase and Pickup?

A. Some of the benefits include:

  1. There is no Shipping Fee for orders purchased online and picked up in store.
  2. Depending on the availability and time the order is placed, you may pick up your merchandise in store within three hours of placing your order.

Q. How do I know if an item is available for In Store Pickup?

A. The option will display on the shipping page for merchandise available for In Store Pickup.

Q. How do I select my pickup location?

A. You will select your location from a list of States/Cities/Stores.

Q. When will I be charged for the merchandise?

A. You will be charged for the merchandise when you receive the email that your merchandise is ready to be picked up or when the merchandise is shipped from the warehouse.

Q. Is there a delivery fee for merchandise picked up in store?

A. No.

Q. What happens if I place an order for in store pickup when the store is closed?

A. When the merchandise is available for pick up, you will be notified via email and can pick up your order during regular store hours.

Q. If the merchandise I select for in store pickup is not available at my preferred store, can it be shipped to that store for pickup?

A. Yes. You will be notified when the merchandise is available for pick up (typically between 3-5 business days).

Q. How do I know when the merchandise is ready to be picked up?

A.You will receive an email when the merchandise is ready to be picked up.

Q. Where do I go in the store to pick up my merchandise?

A. Your merchandise will be in the Customer Service/Gift Wrap area of your pickup store.

Q. What do I need to pick up my merchandise in store?

A. You will need the email you received stating the merchandise is ready to be picked up. There will be a bar-code on the email that will be scanned in the store.

Q. How long do I have to pick up my merchandise?

A. Merchandise will be available for pickup for 24 days, after which it will be credited and returned to stock.

Q. Can I cancel an In Store Pickup order?

A. You can not cancel the order but you will be able to return the merchandise.

Q. How do I return merchandise purchased for In Store Pickup?

A. Merchandise can be returned to that store location.

Q.What if an item becomes unavailable in store after my order is placed?

A. You will receive an email with your options.

Q. Can I see my receipts electronically without getting them sent by email?

A. If you are a registered shopper on i-tembrand.com, you can click MY I-TEM\’s at the top of any page (while logged in), and then click My Purchase History. Recent purchases displays Web Orders (pending and completed) and Store Orders (made at I-Tem\’s store). Click on the transaction number to see a copy of the receipt.

In-Store Return Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your I-Tem watches. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, I-Tem return policy is set forth below.

I-Tem will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or I-Tem will issue a Merchandise Credit at the customer\’s choice, when each of the following conditions has been met: 1. Merchandise will be accepted for return for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the receipt or at point of sale; and 2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer\’s defect; and 3.

Online Return Policy

Follow these instructions to send return back

We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. I-Tem offer\’s a Fed Ex return label you can print from your computer and attach to the return package.

  1. Re-pack your returns along with your receipt. You may use the original box.
  2. Affix the return label to the box. Be sure to cover or remove any previous labels. You will be charged $6.95 for use of the return label.
  3. Drop your return at any USPS (U.S. Mail) location.

Your refund should process within 7-10 business days after shipment.

No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items and clearance items marked down 65% or more cannot be returned.

Pricing Policy

I-Tem is committed to offering quality merchandise at fair, competitive prices. In most cases, the Internet prices will reflect store prices. However, there may be some exceptions. Internet sale prices expire at midnight Central time on the date displayed for the item. Prices and sales are subject to change without notice.

I-Tem does not make price adjustments.

Tax Information

I-Tem operates in various states throughout the U.S. Sales tax is applied to your order, based on the order\’s \”ship to\” address, accordance with the jurisdiction\’s laws. Be advised that some states require a tax on the delivery and/or gift wrap charges, as well. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at order completion time.
