GUARANTEES

When purchasing through our website, customer confidence is of paramount concern to us. That’s why we guarantee purchases for up to 30-days when the condition of the item you purchase does not meet our warranty policy.

RETURNS

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all components. Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email and/or text with the exchange, refund, or credit details.

RESTOCKING FEE

We charge a 20% on any purchase unless the item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, or when the fee is prohibited by law. In instances of an item being defective please see the warranty section below.

CANCELLATION FEE

Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If an order is cancelled after 48 hours from the ship date, you may incur a 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

Shipping & Handling cost are included with each purchase. We refund cost of shipping and handling if the item in question was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE

Upon receipt of returned product, if a missing part or damage to the product has been made, a fee will be charged for the item missing from the original box, contents, accessories and/or manuals. If the product is not in “almost new” condition, a product fee will be incurred.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If the product is damaged, please contact our Customer Care Department before returning at info@i-tembrand.com

If the product is damaged, malfunctioning or you receive the wrong item, we will provide a credit or an exchange depending on your request. Shipping & Handling will be refunded in the case of damage, malfunction, or receipt of the wrong item. Damaged products, and/or products missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

WARRANTIES

The Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for the physical goods purchased from I-Tem Brand website.

The 30-day warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, 30 days.

The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Your 30-day guarantee is effective as of the purchase date. Make sure to keep any receipts to verify when you made your purchase.

WARRANTY POLICY

I-Tem Brand LLC, in agreement with our manufacturer’s warranties, agree that products will be free from defects due to design, fabrication under normal use and service for a period of 30-days from receipt.
